Job description
We are currently looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and supervise the work of our organization. You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership to one of our company’s business units, which includes making key policy and strategic decisions and developing and implementing Operating policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Experience
- 4+ years of work experience in a Operations Manager role
- Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
Level of studies
Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or similar
Language Requirements
Fluent in English
Software/IT/Development skills
